1976年 石川県生まれ。
金沢美術工芸大学 商業デザイン学科卒業後、広告や編集の仕事に携わる。
その後 D&DEPARTMENT PROJECT のショップディレクション、ホテル・グランドハイアット東京勤務を経て、
2006年より '胃までコンセプトを届ける”food creation”の活動をスタート。
コンセプチュアルなケータリングという手段とスタイルで、フードパフォーマンスを行っている。
また、食べ物を感覚的コミュニケーションの為の究極の素材として扱い、食べて感応するコミュニケーションアート作品を制作。
エキシビションやパフォーマンスを通じて、新たな食の価値を提案する活動を行っている。

Moreover, She produce the works that treats as an ultimate material for communications, food.
She expressed the value of new food is through the exhibition and the performance.
It is not a dish that you know well.One of the new arts that can be eaten.
